Coaching is an interactive experience where we work together to discover your goals and explore any blocks via a 60 minute online video call. The coaching sessions are a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space for you to be open and honest. Each session is designed to help build your confidence and equip you with tools to work through challenges and blocks. I help you to set realistic goals so you can start to blossom into your full potential with my support throughout your journey.
It considers the mind, body and soul connection. We are so much more than just our minds. Although this is mainly a talking therapy, I combine my healing and coaching trainings together to support my client's overall wellbeing through visualisations and emotional healing meditations. I will help you to understand where other areas of your life are impacted by your thoughts and help you to mentally and energetically shift them, which in turn will improve your overall emotional and physical wellbeing.
No. You decide what you want to achieve and I help you to understand how you will get there. You set the pace and decide what steps you would like to take. I work with you to explore your thoughts and feelings and encourage you to connect into your emotional body. This helps you to identify your limiting beliefs and stories you have been telling yourself that have caused you to feel stuck in some way. Coaching offers another perspective or insights you may not have considered before and we use these to help you explore what next steps are required and how you might overcome some of the challenges you are currently facing.
You will receive one hour of my time at each session in confidence without judgement. Your feelings are very real and its important that these are acknowledged in order for you to work through and heal from anything that up until now has held you back. You decide what you want to work on and I equip you with all the necessary tools and strategies to support your progress towards that.
In addition to the one to one coaching sessions, you will also be set weekly homework agreed with you at the end of each call, where I will have equipped you with necessary tools or techniques for you to implement in between sessions and facilitate your growth. You will have email or text message support from me, if required, during this time to keep your momentum going.
I have a gentle approach to coaching. I believe small action steps are more manageable to avoid overwhelm and keep momentum going. It will help you to feel a sense of achievement from the get go and boost your confidence along the way.
Your progress is completely dependent on how much you put into the sessions and incorporate the changes you feel are needed in your every day life. This will include your commitment to take inspired action, a willingness to challenge existing thoughts or habits and your openness to the overall process. This is not a quick fix. True transformation happens when you are consistent, persevere and make small changes to continually stretch your comfort zone bit by bit as you to blossom into the true essence of you with confidence! Life coaching is an investment in yourself and the results will pay dividends for the rest of your life.
