Having developed an awareness of where you are, you'll explore options and simple strategies to maintaining your energy going forward.

S - Support
This space will leave you feeling supported by other like-minded women and learn how you can support yourself more confidently.

E- Expand
Understand how this shift will enable you to expand into a version of you that feels calmer, focused and on top of it all.

T - Thrive
Gain momentum each week as you begin to smile and laugh more and build the emotional resilience to stay steady when life gets tough.

 We explore what's coming up for you using coaching techniques to address the practical side of life and a combination of energy work to help you move forward. You will be guided to tap into your own energy, so you become more attuned to it and able to apply the RESET process as soon as you start to feel stress building.
