My Story

At the end of 2019, I was not in a good place mentally. I felt at an all time low, lacked confidence in myself and had no idea how to make my life feel better. In my mind, a better life was only possible for those who were more confident and got offered better opportunities than me.  I had so many limiting beliefs that I had become completely stuck!  I desperately longed for change but didn't have any confidence or know how to. When the pandemic hit in 2020 it gave me the space to re-evaluate my life. I then started to embark on an incredible spiritual and learning journey that has completely transformed my mindset and outlook on life. I took a L3 CPCAB diploma in Life Coaching and I provided coaching and mentoring to others in and outside of my previous corporate job, as well as running a series of wellbeing workshops on various topics including confidence, boundaries and self-care. I got great feedback and I had found my true passion in the process. I now believe anything is possible and I have proved this to myself again and again. I have pushed through my comfort zone growing my own confidence, achieved other qualifications in various Energetic Healing modalities, Counselling skills, Mental Health Awareness and attended various personal and professional development workshops to further enhance my skills. I am fully insured and a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation - https://coachingfederation.org/profile/member-directory) which means that I am an approved Life Coach practicing by the ICF code of ethics (https://coachingfederation.org/ethics/code-of-ethics). I have recently completed my L4 diploma in Life Coaching to deepen my skillset. I am a lifelong learner and continually strive to better myself. I believe everything happens when it's supposed to and the challenges of my life so far have made me the person who I am today. I feel in alignment with my true self and much more in tune with my intuition. I allow the Universe to guide me and now it is guiding me to help you!
